I wanted to take this opportunity to share our core purpose and values with you, in the hopes that it may serve as a shortcut to help you determine whether you feel our company would be a good fit for your practice. I believe this is far more important than the fact that we are the only company in the country dedicated to supporting chiropractors. Our purpose and core values drive every decision within our company. All that being said, here they are:

The Techsubluxation.com Core Purpose:

To create raving fans of our service because we eliminate the obvious and underlying computer and technical issues facing chiropractic doctors and their offices.

Our Core Values:

  1. Serve Others
  2. Do The Right Thing
  3. Raise the bar
    • Be Awesome
    • Create Awesome
    • Live Awesome
  4. Enjoy life and balance the journey.
    • You can't take care of our clients if you don't take care of yourself.
  5. Create Raving Fans (Rabid Customer Service)

Short and sweet, however, these words truly drive all of our decisions and how we approach what we do and how we serve our clients. The most insightful part of this for me was seeing how many of these core values I have held for such a long time, subconsciously. I could easily write a chapter on each of these and expand upon what they mean to us.

Admittedly, this is only one small part of the day-to-day issues you deal with, but I think you’ll agree that IT problems can be some of the most aggravating (and expensive) issues you run into and having an IT provider who does not uphold similar beliefs as you do, can make for a frustrating relationship. Our business model is radically different and quite unique in the IT industry. It allows us to offer unlimited project work, training and support for one flat-fee and allows us to apply an ongoing Best Practices process to all of our chiropractic clients that allows us to help docs continually become more protected, productive and profitable.
